Most of the measurements on crystals and oscillators are carried out on test-equipment from Saunders (USA). We are able to measure all parameters including bi-resonances of the crystal at room-temperature.
Frequence and ESR are measured from -55 to 125o C. All parameters of the clock-oscillator can be tested At room-temperature and the frequence from -55 to +125o C. Testing of crystals below 1 MHz and some oscillators are tested manually in equipment developed by KVE internally.
All test results will then be documented either in graphic or numeric format. We also assist our customers in putting together crystal-specifications or to carry out AQL-tests etc.
The test facilities are a very important part of our quality-system that we introduced in 2001/2002.
